Crémant de Bourgogne
Blanc de Blanc Brut
This single varietal Chardonnay Crémant displays a refined, elegant nose suffused with white fruit scents and leaves the palate very fresh. This is a perfumed Crémant showing lovely aromatic length.
The Crémant de Bourgogne appellation area stretches across the four departments of Burgundy. It covers approximately 1,100 hectares, an area that varies every year depending on the crop dedicated to other wines. Our Crémant de Bourgogne comes from a vineyard in the Côte de Nuits – there are very few Crémants left in Côte d’Or!
